<p>EarTester is a complimentary application designed to complement EarMan, providing a platform for assessing and enhancing ear training skills at a level aligned with the EarMan curriculum. The application automatically replays intervals following incorrect guesses and presents sounds within a broad range of up to six octaves. Additionally, a replay function is accessible via the toolbar for user convenience. While EarMan considers an 80% score as passing, users are encouraged to pursue higher accuracy for optimal development. The software utilizes high-quality samples consistent with those in EarMan and visually displays intervals in musical notation.</p>

<p>It is important to recognize that ear training abilities are dynamic and subject to improvement over time. Even after completing the EarMan program, periodic self-assessment remains beneficial for identifying areas needing reinforcement or for tracking overall progress. EarTester can be effectively used alongside EarMan to evaluate skill levels or simply maintain ongoing practice routines.
